Why Is STICam Not Showing in My Meeting App?
Check the phone connection, Windows preview, and virtual camera separately when STICam is missing or has no picture in a meeting application.

If STICam is missing from a meeting app, first check that the STICam live preview is active on Windows. The virtual camera starts when that preview is ready. The Windows application and virtual camera must be installed; the Android APK alone does not add a Windows camera.
Where does the picture stop?
Check the chain in order: phone camera, connection to the Windows host, then virtual camera in the destination app. Fix video that has not reached the Windows preview before changing settings in the meeting application.

If the Windows preview has no video
Open STICam on both devices and select the same USB or Wi-Fi mode. For USB, use a data cable, authorize debugging only for your trusted PC, and select the intended phone when several devices are attached. For Wi-Fi, enter the IP shown by the Windows host on a trusted private network.
Click Connect on Windows, then start streaming on Android. Use the complete STICam setup guide if the initial connection has never worked. Disabling the firewall is not a general troubleshooting step.
If the preview works but the meeting app is not ready
Open the destination app's video settings and select STICam. If it is missing, close and reopen that app after the preview is active to reload its camera list. Treat this as a check; test compatibility in the application you actually use.
Review Settings > Privacy & security > Camera in Windows. Check Let desktop apps access your camera where applicable; a browser can also require camera permission for the meeting website. A managed computer may need an administrator's help.
Use the Windows installer linked from the official STICam page. If virtual camera installation failed or was incomplete, keep the error message and consult the official instructions before attempting reinstallation.
What should you record if it still fails?
Record the Windows and Android STICam versions, Windows build, meeting app, connection mode, and whether the Windows preview works. Include the error after checking it for private information. Distinguish a camera missing from the list from a listed camera without a picture.
